"Soon" may be anything from this evening to early next Spring . . .
@plankgatan:
No contact with your friend with insider info on the phone? (CMOS/CCD query on the camera)

Mobile review posted yet another short review, and it says the K850 has a CMOS cam. Review is in russian for now, i translated it:

The prototypes eldar has seem to be really worn out! Hope the final version isnt so prone to this much wear and tear!
my ninja, whitepaper of K850 confirms 30 fps QVGA recording.

Guys nobody answered to the following:
When this phone will be available?
IMHO not too late cause it has been shown as a "production" model, not as a prototype.
Prototypes generally are presented in a glass box or "powered off", just beacuse they're in a complete unreliable state.
This presentation showed that the project is complete, letting people use the phone complitelly.
May be a little buggy? Yes, but....... for how long?..... it would be fantastic to see something in the shops in....... end of July???

In the official release on the first page of this thread it says early Q4.
October? Probably. Keep checking back here, you'll know instantly if it becomes available before then.

this phone is looking like the most anticipated phone for a very long time. maybe because the k750i was a big hit and the styles of these two phones are very alike. same for the t650i, SE went back to the t610 design, just goes to show isnt it |
