@rahul. The whole process is based on the principle of two connections. So if ur phone doesn not support two connections, its difficult

Yes. It seems like your phone doesn't have multichannel gprs feature. By the way, how much data accounts you have created. For s60's, only one data account is enough. You have to set default for both pc & wap. |

Yes. Your phone doesn't support multichannel gprs.
Airtel & Yahoo! have a agreement. That's why you can get Yahoo! homepage(without images) and http://wap.oa.yahoo.com To get other sites, you should have multichannel gprs supported handset. |

hey how da hell the other nokia users are able to access the free gprs trick from their nokia when nopkia dopesn't supports multi-channeling gprs (use of 2 data accounts simultaneously!)

Come on! Be cool man!
Almost all Series 60 phones support multichannel GPRS. But to get success in phones like N6600 & 6630, we need to use only one account (Spartan's trick hasn't worked for me).. Other details are posted in this forum. |

i m talkin abt net on pc through airtel live settings
just with a different proxy address as given 100.1.200.16 on port 80
it is for gprs access on pc without restriction ;it is not abt wap neither abt phone
its about http on pc (its specially for those nokia people who can't initilize modem to
AT+CGDCONT=2,ip,"airtelfun.com"
and can't dial to *99***2#
but can initialize to AT+CGDCONT=,,"airtelfun.com"
and dial to *99# from pc)
hope this will work on pc
coz its workin fine on pc i dont know exactly abt phone and wap
i think for wap this may work ;just use
access point : airtelfun.com
and any user name and password and for proxy use above settings
if any one knowns other settings plz let us know
