from the 1st firmware till now the latest R1CA021.. i had to admit that R1BC002 has the greatest picture quality

just from my opinion

afaik, you lose everything only if you do a master reset. i think someone mentioned before about updating firmware without having to do a master reset after.

you've got a k750, you can just back up all your contents to your pc..

rocky, I was also trying to send the photos to a PC but only one of the several photos I marked got transferred. I had to transfer my photos one at a time! What a bummer! My s/w is R1CA021 China.

Should this matter? I'd really want to know why I cannot send multiple photos to my PC via Bluetooth.

Hi, When I'm trying to use SEUS II, on pressing "C" button as they say oin instruction my PC is stating that new hardware found and my phone turns on. I'm not able to go to next step of update... help pls....

sounds like you need to install the SE update service usb driver which is on the SE website.

im not so sure if that really made the difference... but then have you re-updating? or a master reset? mine is R1CA EU_2. and it was from CHINA firmware. tho i made a flash conversion months ago and made it to EUROPE 2.
