I have a bit of a problem. Basically, I have as much sex as I can handle but it often leaves my right wrist with cramp. Can you guys advise me?

Well it seems that you have a degenerative condition of the cartilage around the wrist -- one of the many problems with being a wanker. I suggest glucosamine tablets and a visit to your local ob-gyn just to make sure everything's A-OK.
Next I'd like to suggest our Love Boot Camp; there's nothing quite like it and you'll find it quite easy to 'have others doing your work'. In fact, its quite easy to pay someone to do your work -- and as an added bonus you get to save wrist work.
