Congratulations on the best driver up to date! I've been watching the topic ever since it was started, and I must say your driver is the most awesome thing released. I never bothered to mod my own drivers, just tested a lot of them. But now I can rearrange and modify things super easy thanks to you and I doubt I'll ever put another driver!
P.S. Just wondering, if I want to get a very dark picture with low noise, can I use a fast shutter speed and ISO100 together or the low ISO always comes with slower shutter? Maybe I should use exposure lock? |

w800 speed test at nite 4am
driver - raider 6.5 T4
was helpin my dad deliver newspaper. most pics taken under focus infinite

say cheese, after shutter sound he turn away already

passing by a van around 30 MPH
i donno wat the hell is this, is at SS 2.0 van going about 70 MPH
ENM van going at 70 MPH
SS 2.1 van going at 85 MPH
ran out of gas... ENM auto focus
ENM auto focus w/ 2.0 zoom
almost sunrise, car passing by. ENM

are you sure about ENM on some pictures? you have definitely too much noise - ENM will never do that

you can take low noise picture in very dark situation and as you wrote:
"low ISO always comes with slow shutter". AE lock in this situation is useless. question is what shutter speed should be used to get low ISO? this depends of light amount. EM/ENM can calculate this if you are not sure
small comparision in total darkness, a bit shaked photos but this is not important right now:
basic settings = nightmode + led + focus infinity
1. basic settings + forced (by manual control) ISO100

shutter speed = 1/5s
1/5s is calculated by phone. picture is very underexposed!
2. basic settings + ENM

exposure is almost correct (a bit too bright)
picture is identical with: basic settings + manual shutter speed 3.0 photo
3. basic settings + manual shutter speed 2.9

ideal exposure, much more real colors

Wont it be better to set saturation to 00 like raider did? look at the sky in raiders and A4A pics.

but the sky has unreal color,doesn't it?
for you what driver has the most real colors?

So what do you think about A4A-6.2? Is it good or bad?
It's good, but I think I might stick with 9.27 for awhile. I think i can manage shots quicker with it. Also, I'm a sucka for the fast viewfinder.

sky has unreal colors because it's overexposed and believe me - every other driver will give you the same result (or even more white like in A4A). this is hardware limit (narrow dynamic range)
i don't like overexposure, i like to see more details - that's why i reduced "so called contrast" parameter and now you have chance to see more sky details on Power_VANO pics
