Z4/Z4 Ultra/Z4 Tablet "Snapdragon 805"-CEC/MWC
Z5/Z5 Compact/Z5 Tablet Compact "Snapdragon 810" - IFA
SD805 in 2015 would be more than just stupid. SD 810 is the way to go along with 4GB RAM and at least 32GB ROM for all Z4-XXX devices. |

turns out they used the wrong data for multidimensional connection. the centre of the universe has been calibrated and corrected after introducing some new warm holes and block holes, so there won't be any speed issue at all. |

if Sony really using with the S805 for Z4 and everyone else using the S810, they can pack it up now and shut down their entire mobile division now. It doesn' even matter if the phone cost 200 less than the competitors, and clearly they don't have a clue to compete. They only reason they got a free pass with Z3 was because the S801 and S805 difference is small enough and they got the amazing battery to back up the entire package. The S810 and S800-805 performance gap is suppose to be huge. |

With an 805 can one even use 4 GB of memory? I know the OS will be 64 bit but the chip 32bit, thus limiting the OS to 32bit and running up to only 3 GB? |

4 gb isn't even possible with s805!
The time when PA had not even a single clue abt Z4 or anything like that, the leakers/sources here told about S810, 4gb ram and 32 gb internal |

To those familiar with the matter, are all members of the Z4 family getting the same internals (except display/battery) like SD810, 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM or will there be crippled ones like this years Z3C only getting 2GB of RAM while the rest of the family had 3GB. |

Snapdragon 805 does support 4GB RAM 
Krait 450 also adds 36-bit LPAE (Large Physical Address Extensions) to enable memory support above 4GB.

I heard some interesting rumor about snapdragon810.
Qualcomm is facaing many problems with their snapdragon810 developing kit such as BigLittle Bug, Over heating in specific voltage related to BigLittle bug, GPU Driver shader related bug, and Ram frequency problem.
Samsung and Sony already started Plan B, and LG is considering starting Plan B.
Samsung's Plan B is asking their LSI unit to produce all 14nm Exynos for their Galaxy S6.
I don't know what is Plan B of Sony, But latest phone arena rumor said sony will using snapdragon 805 for their xperia z4.
According to huyui's rumor z4 international model will be FHD, not QHD. My guess is that snapdragon 805 is not powerfull enough to support QHD, so Sony choose to use FHD Display.
Motorola and Lenovo is considering to postpone their Snapdragon810 product
and xiaomi is even considering not to launch product with snapdragon810.
