Finally got myself a 3G phone, speeds are pretty fast but it's still too inconsistent. The screen of the N70 is not as bright compared to my P910 and still getting used to it's UI.

@amby: dont think there will be much of a change with his death. the western media need icons to focus on, thus Osama etc. the terrorism we see is an Ideology of correcting what some consider injustices. (im not supporting terrorism ooooo!!!! dont send an air strike at my office oooooo!!!!) if osama was dead do you think it would have stopped those canadian they caught a few days back from thier plans?

I always thought about trying a Nokia but I'm also worried about the UI too, hope to get feedback from you on how well you're adjusting though..

@mamba: It's been two days of owning the N70, apart from problems trying to download hacked software my overall experience has been good. Today 3G is particularly fast, probably bcoz it's on the weekend.

Hi all, hope everyone's weekend is going ok.

@Angel: I'm experiencing the same problems as u are with vmobile gprs speed, but it gets better from 1am.

@Brix: congrats on ur most recent acquisition, I'll be expecting a review from u soon.

Someone asked 4 fone prices, K750i now goes 4 about N42k, W800i N50k, P910i if u find it won't be less N75k.

Guys, no comments on the world cup?

@amby: The review will come up in due time. Right now I'm trying to install some 3rd party apps.
Like I said before, Vodacom's 3G service is quite efficient. Haven't yet made a videocall.

Guys, no post for the past two days, is this as a result of the ongoing world cup in Germany?

@Angel: Vmobile GPRS speeds have increased considerably, I downloaded a 22mb file yesterday evening, and its been steady most of today.

@Coola: where u at? howz the MTN pc connection running?
