I'm really not impressed with he iphone 4 at all its just one big massive FAIL on so many levels its design being one of them just because it has this Retina Display doesn't make it anything special I think the 3GS is still the best iphone to own well at least until they get the next one right?

Consumer Reports lab tests confirm hardware problem with the iphone 4's reception and not software related as Apple would have us believe and overall they don't recommend buying the IP4

A respected US magazine that runs tests on consumer products such as cars, phones, dish dishwashers, televisions sets. Car manufacturers especially get a hard time of they have a poor report from CR.

Well, desperation just kicked in and I ordered my iPhone 4 32GB from Tesco this evening.
I really could not hold out any longer for T-Mobile and compared to all the other providers Tesco had by far and away the best tariff.
Now, if anything were to go wrong with the Tesco iPhone (which hopefully it won't) would I be able to take it to Apple? Or would I have to go back to Tesco?

Seems the Consumer Report test finally gave the mainstream media their guts back....suddenly AP to WSJ to Reuters to CBS to fox all scream for Jobs' b*lls...well, no, for free bumpers, or a recall and for an admission of guilt. Apple stock was down y'day - an otherwise good day on the stock exchange...

after the initial 14days, any issue just go straight to apple, their customer service policy is exchange for new on the spot for any warranty issues, sometimes surprise goodwill gestures on non warranty issues, the muppets at o2 or tesco will just waste ur time by sending it off for repairs which could be weeks |
