Has anybody else noticed that since the new update, you can no longer watch videos using the ITC-60 TV-out lead ?

I have had the issue where my down key on the key pad acts as an END key, so instead of scrolling down, it just cancel the current application and takes me to the home screen also if i hold the down key it turns off the phone.
Any suggestions?
