O2 branded blue 07w41
Had to remove the battery again today when it froze opening the media
also have the problem with the memory, where asks me to delete, strangely if i ignore the message it works.
Also today before the phone froze it played 2 seconds of a video that id already deleted from the phone last week , very weird. |

Open the batt. cover, take out the battery and you will see white plastic sheet between keypad and battery slot. Slide it out and on the top of the plastic sheet you will find 07 W .. |

its quite hard to get out you need a long thin wire like a paper clip bent into a hook |

Orange have explained the problem with the Video Divert Icon and missing call divert menus.
Apparently if you are on Pay as You go, the divert options are unavailable and the icon remains at all times as an indication that you can receive video calls!

I guess you sopke to their "customer services" team. This is not the case. You need sim updates. Call them back and ask for them to send all the sim updates again and you will have full access to the divert menu, plus you can remove that ugly icon.

I updated all modules of "PhotoMate" application on K850i and now i'm unable to run it.. it displays "Application uses too much memory".
Firmware is R1CA037
has anyone this problem? any suggestion? |

In the Demo tour the MEDIA MENU was green but in my phone is black and blue with the original theme and with others ithemes t's gray . Can someone tell me why is this like that and can it be changed?

Green will be nice in Media but coud'nt get it with the pre-installed themes

In my phone with the original theme it's black and the selected area is blue but with an other theme only the image icon is in red and the others are gray , in some themes it's dark gray in others it's brighter gray.
