i would hope there wouldn't be a backlash against any religion following this event. why should a whole religious community suffer from the actions of a few people (who are being dickheads)

i am not saying who or were
but it seems obvious
we have to be careful not to stereotype different religions like amnesia pointed out
this doesnt just boil down to religion on its own
it is just evil fanatical people

Its very sad to learn of these attacks my thoughts are with the families who have lost loved ones and the people who have been injured.
Why is it that wherever Bush goes he brings devastastion a distruction along with him...Clearly these attacks were timed to coincide with the G8 summit.
I suppose we have to pay the price now for Blair and Bush dragging us into this war with Iraq, what did bush & blair think that their would be no repercussions of the war?...And for all the idiots who supported the war this is why myself and many like me were against it,because in the end its us who have to suffer.

i understand were you are coming from
but i understand why they did it, they wanted to help but it backfired bigtime
but we have to ask the question if we hadnt gone to war and brought saddam to justice what would the world be like
better or worse
who knows

I hope bush comes down on these terrorists with all his power and might and he will no doubt have the full backing of the UK. |

What justice? What about the 100,000 Iraqis who are now too dead to have an opinion?
BTW, what happened today in London is an attrocity and what the UK has done, or not done, in th past in NO WAY excuses innocent people being killed, but perhaps it helps explain some people's motivation. If it is, of course, al-Qaeda behind it all.

i agree
these people need to be stopped
people can blame the war but these people have to be stopped things will get worse before they become better
we just have to believe that justice will be done and the world will hopefully become a better place
it is heartbreaking for people to loose family members in the war and in these terror attacks
i really feel for them
