All you have to do is open up your MMS inbox messages and go to the options that let you edit the MMS then all you have to do is press the option button over the animated image you want (Or pictures that arent animated) and select save, this will save all your pics to your 'My Pictures' folder where you can set them as backgrounds or screen savers.
