I know this has been asked before...
Is there a way to get the T-Mobile branding out of a Black T630 ?
Some guy on eBay scammed me. He told me the phone he was sending didn't have any branding on it.
It does.

Yes, you can. You need a terminator dongle and cable to do so. Where do you live, by the way?

The irony is I live a few miles from the Sony Ericsson site in NC. But they say (and on their website) that they can't/won't remove the T-mobile branding. So I've got to look for 3rd party means.
I'd certainly appreciate any direction you can give.

The Sony Ericsson site is the way that want it but if you contact the service centre, or when you go there and if you are polite they might flash it with the unbranded FW if you ask but if the phone is not under warrenty this will not be free.

Hi,
now, i'v got some problems with my t630. Don't want to make a new thread (Move or erase it if you wish). There are similar issues but no sensible answer so far.
The problem is as we all know the t630 doesn't have an b-day reminder. Most of us know how does the Nokia b-day reminder work and so do I. I was used to it, but lately I changet to SE. For two months it was fine, but then my friends got angry. I don't have time to remember all the birthdays, actually, I can't remember them. Last night I had a fight with my girlfriend. Guess what...yeah it was her birthday last week...
I haven't heard anything about software updates that will solve the problem, so maybe there is a chance to program the application in java for t630?
What do you think abou that?
And one more thing. The GPRS counter...is it even working? I checked it twice, it showed 45mb down and about 15mb upload. But when I asked from my operator the numbers were almost 2 times smaller! Some of my friends have hade it same way. Lucky for us, its not reversed. I'm not sure you have heard about Estonian operators, but the one I used was mostly the same as in Finland (not sure you have heard about them either) Radiolinja (Vodafone?).
Pardon my english. |

Estonian operators ? sure never heard of that. ur problem seems so simple , why not instead of looking for something that isnt there make use of those thing that you have on your phone, say on the organizer menu select task, then write the subject, (ex. bobs bday)
then on the alarm write the birth date and time u wish to be reminded of, time will come when the phone will alarm for that date uv set reminding you about whos celebrating a bday. so simple , isnt it ! |

I think he wants the birthday option on nokias where it does it every year-You cant, just put the reminder yourself every year, cant be too hard.

How do you turn off 'Reply via same centre'?
Hi - I am new here. I am having trouble trying to find how to switch off the option 'reply via same centre' on my z600. This is my first Sony Ericsson and I love it, but people are unable to reply to my texts.
Sorry for being so dense - I am sure I will catch up!
Thank you. |
