well its interesting that I cannot pick it from that list on europmobiles, though the T10 reminds me most of what I am thinking of.
But looking at all those ericsson phones I realise I must be mellowing in my old age as quite alot of those old styles now appeal  I think what put me off most of them was also the small displays compared with Nokia and motorola phones I had at the time.

If 3G (4G etc) mobile phones and game-gadgets will enfold more and more functions they soon obtain the same size and weigth as this old Hotline. |

I dont think so because they are making the parts that is inside the phone even smaller all the time. This thread is about history so lets talk about that instead of the future.

theres another thing i wanna know....
You know those HUGE phones (not like suitcases!) that hotshot business men used to have, with the big aerials andwere really thick... anyone know who made them, and what model they were etc?

and i have here a t39, man that phone was sooo great and i had it for 1 1/2 year, then i bought a p800 and still have it

yes, its a real pity, but we have 2 accept d facts. i am really happy that u visited us, actually it was d main reason of this topic, that fans and freaks have d opportunity speak about d past.
personally, my good old 320 and 520 reminds me of d big /// fones, ebody mention it. d size of d /// was always a bit bigger than of d other operators, but my oipnion is, that they r more handable and usable than small fones.
my finger has more free place 2 surf on d keypad and optimal serve it at wrighting. of cours i love my t68 and t610 too!!!
wish me an 520 with 65k screen, mms and a camera.

1991: Sandra, first version in NMT 900, then ETACS, D-AMPS/AMPS, and finally GSM in 1993.
1996: Jane, D-AMPS, GSM, DCS, PCS1900/GSM. A 'slim' version appeared in a D-AMPS 1900 model as well as a PDC version
