There should be an option that would enable you to scroll text messages:

1. one screen at a time
2. four rows at a time (to view Nokia graphics)
3. one row at a time (the only existing capability right now)

You can do #1 right now. Use # for page down and * for page up

A change that I think is necesary is:

Add the Number icon (Home,Office, Mobile) to the Call List on the side of each Name in the list so you could know wich phone you dialed that time.

Because if for example you called Peter 2 times. One to the office and the other to his mobile.

You`ll get Two "Peter" in the call list, but how you could know wich phone dialed first or second?

Could it be possible in the next release to save numbers received by SMS or mail into the contact list which I can't seem to be able to do at the moment
Any guesses whether that will be able?
A few crashes here and there (the font going weird) but otherwise great phone!

You can do this already:

Add a new contact or edit an existing one.
When you are to add the number you just received, notice the little book and left arrow in the upper left corner. Push left on the joystick and select 'Unsaved nos.', and you should get a list of all numbers which you have received that you have not yet added to a contact. (Took me a while to figure this out

Important: ENHANCED RINGTONES. One big drawback of ericsson phones is the lack of beat-rate and more scaleable duration of the notes in melodies/ringtones. The Nokia phones can produce all songs with great accurancy. Ericsson should really work on this, which i personally believe should not be that difficult. I think it is important because i switched to T68 from Nokia phone and can't have the same ringtones sound so good, although i rewrote them (and not simply copied the notes, which sounds awful) as good as it can get...

Ringtones..definately... Im really dissapointed in the ringtones or lack of that you get with the T68, and trying to do any myself is just painful... I have the infrared setup (MA600) with the midi importer and even they sound bad.... as you say the note lengths are just wrong...

Possibility to extract numbers from the sms message body and save them on a contact in the phone book. All the numbers in the sms message body should be listed up when using the function so that you could choose the number you want.

Regarding the ringtones:
- the T65 and T20e have four different lengths instead of two. This gives better melodies...
...this might be included in the R2-upgrade.

However the format is not backward compatible, but laffen has solved this for the T65 on Esato. My sister thanks you Laffen!

I would like the ability to schedule when the phone checks for emails, instead of the fixed 5 mins, 30 mins or 60 mins.

eg I would like the phone to only check for emails between 18:00 and 6:00am as the rest of the time I have access to my mail account.
