Yes, the loud speaker is not inside the hump anymore, the xenon looks thinner.. and I am guessing the capacitors for it are smaller as well.
The arrangement is very different as well. The LED bulb is now out of the xenon assembly and to the side, and the actual lens is further away from the xenon, which should be able to improve those dust particles showing at night..

Oh yeah it has  you can delete those. My previous ThreeUK Lumi 620 didn't even have any of their network apps not even My Three

The other high-end Lumias have been exclusive to AT&T for three months, before they came to the rest of the world, nothing wrong with that, imo. It's not that most of us aren't able to wait a few months.
