Orange have recently changed their pay as you go tariffs at last with upto 3 gig web a month for 20 top up and unlimited texts. But their other Monkey tariff says 2mb per day web access(see my photo) are they having a giraffe??

Lol I sent orange a bad comment on there text response after
Calling them about my price plan few days later I got my tariff
Reduced from £41 to £34 plus I've still got my 2 gb data
Not bad so if u want stuff on orange phone wait for the
Feedback message and complaint and send it back

Ive just seen Watchdog on BBC1 this evening, I don't normally watch it but my ears perked up when I heard people complaining about companies like EE selling you a tariff and then stepping the price up (or down - yeah right) without the customers consent and then using small print to hide the fact they do it to thousands of customers a year.
Apparently Three were one of the best albeit guilty of the same thing but promised to investigate the matter and stop it happening. EE and O2 merely skirted around the subject.

I seen it too mis selling in stores. I argued mine with T Mobile and got my way Was having none of it. Tesco Mobile have said they won't do this keeping it fixed

I've only seen orange hike prices up by a few pence or a quid
Or so they do write to u to tell u about increases
Worst company for increases is by far Virgin media every
Year or so they add £3 charge or more to ur bill which suxx
They're the ones who should be on watchdog lol
