At Sonys Swedish site the status has changed from Coming Soon to New, so I guess the shipping out to the stores has started. Estimate delivery date by most Swedish WEB shops is now set to around 23:d May.

I have to agree. In fulls size Xperia S pictures look grainy while Xperia P looks nice and smooth.

So the fault of Sonys "crappy" android cameras has always been the snapdragon chips? |

It seems so. The difference between the picture quality of Xperia S and Xperia P is really drastic.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

Ah good. Have been interested in the Xperia P for a while now. Seen it advertised for £330 online.

Maybe it's using different sensor.
I think Sony makes the Iphone 4S camera sensor, maybe it's using the same.

Apparently the mali gpu can come with one to four cores and the xperia p I read somewhere only use one. Someone knows if thats true?

It uses 2 GPUs out of 4 if I'm not misstaken. |
