I could careless if it's a dual core or quad core, just please, do not take away the shutter button!!! I don't even take pictures with my Galaxy Nexus because it lacks a freaking shutter button. |

if the nozomi's official name will have less letters than the Xperia arc, i'm guessing it's Xperia HD. |

Wish I could 'like' this post. I only took pics with my Play because of a app mod. They can't leave the shutter button out on any of their new phones. It would be a tragedy.

Unknown13x is hardly an insider any more, stopped working for SE last summer. And his info has been 50/50 even when he was working for them |

Suddenly all rumors seemed to have come to a halt. Guess we have no option but to wait 10 more days for January 9 
Along with the phones, Sony will also announce their full strategy regarding Sony Ericsson takeover and their plans for the phone business and how the switch from Sony branded to fully Sony developed handsets will take place in Q3. This is according to unknown13x

Rumour has it that the SGIII will be launched at Mobile World Congress so it will be interesting to see how the top of the range Xperia compares.

I think we shouldn't expect any less from SGIII.
I'm not expecting anything ground breaking from SE. Not until later in the year.
I believe they're probably trying to just sit tight and not lose ground whilst changing over to full Sony branded devices.
These last SE devices will probably be just place-holders with mixed up upbringings and ethos in terms of hardware, design and software.
Maybe even end of the year with the first gen of fully fledged Sony devices we might not see them really stretching their legs. We shouldn't be really judging Sony until mid-late 2013 and just see what happens until then.
Whatever happens and whatever is released I'm certain there will be some surprised faces.

Totally agree with you ..
We cant Expect too much from SONY for another 8+ Months they are having lots of losses there TV business, Natural calamities .... ,then they have there Vita also to think of .. I am hoping they will be using same hardware as competition nothing great/superior for sure..
Cant wait for CES
