Mrjulius, nice pic and nice bike. I doubt it looks like a hybride of bike and scooter. It has wheels and engine looks like bike but the seat, the steering handle resembles to scooter.
Where is the fuel tank located??

the tank is located at the seat. same side as the compartment of a scooter. and Yeah it's a Hybrid of Scooter and bikes. i love also the design of Yamaha fz16 someone said that the design of fz is based on Indian Motorcycles Combination of European Motorcycles Yamah fz16
