Fluke
Are you running on Windows. If so, what is the response from ping to www.esato.com? The IP address |

If you see the "We have moved" page, you are redirected from the old web server. That means that you have requested a page on www.esato.com (the old server) and are redirected to moved.esato.com (the new server). The problem is that the address for www.esato.com changed serveral days ago, and moved.esato.com was created yesterday. Your browser has not picked up the DNS change for www.esato.com, but it has added an entry for the brand new moved.esato.com sub-domain.
Pinging www.esato.com and mobile.esato.com should return the sam IP address. The one ending with .38.26
There is nothing I can do about this but wait. I could start up the old server, but any files uploaded there would not be available for those accually seing this new site so it will not happen.

I could ping Esato but I havn't been able to sign in for a few days on the PC. I have been getting the moved message, and I can't sign in on my mobile, just keeps kicking me off, Dolphin browser HD on HTC Desire.

@fluke
You received a reply "Destination host unreachable". That is OK. You received an answer..
I am currently checking something regarding our DNS entries. It might have been a duplicate enty in the DNS which lead to random translation to www.esato.com. I am waiting for response from the hosting company. They found something strange as well. Changes to DNS entries are done via a web interface at the hosting company. It could be that I found a bug there. I will let you know |

I assume it's been fixed in a 100% or in the majority. The number of visitors has increased.
