I noticed that in the ams folder on the memory card, all of the .jar files are there, but with # after .jar. If I would copy the .jar# files and rename them to .jar, and install those .jar files after a firmware upgrade, would it install the apps with all personal data that was there before the firmware upgrade? Such as my favourites in Opera?

Apart from R7CA061 firmware that's still not available for my Elm (APAC), where can I find customization for my Elm? Does A200 still need 2 file like A100 phones (fbn & mbn files). I\\ve never flashed A200 phones before, only K810i. Thanks |

Hey,
maybe one of you pros can help me. I have an Elm with R7b firmware / western europe. But I d like to have Adriatic on it. I tried omnius without success. There s no download on omnius server for elm and I cant find cda for it

as i told you before, you can't use those renamed jar files after a firmware flash process.
You will get the 'operation failed' notification sadly...

You can use a software called Mobyexplorer to access everything in a SE phone..
Can anyone suggest a better quality earphone for Elm.. Did anyone try any good alternative? |

Maybe the people who are to approve new firmwares for our regions, have heard or read about the problems in R7CA061 and therefor haven't approved it yet...
Maybe they will approve the next firmware, if the widget problem is fixed there?

I don't think, that it would be because of the "widget problem". In our region, I have met a few people with the same problem on R7BA076. No kidding. Many of them after debranding...so, maybe anything wrong with updating?
Anyway, long waiting for "our region version" is quite not surprising from SE.

Hey guys I can now see my system files in elm through an updated version of sefp.. though I'm afraid to customize the right soft key. i just find my "search" softkey useless. I want to replace it with File Manager.
