thats the firmware exclusive to orange branded satio. I had that one, but I debranded my phone, as orange is no getting any more FW upgrades |

yay! i cant wait! this is more than a software update, it shows that sony are committed to providing lasting support for their high end (expensive) phones. this is important if they want users buying their products again. phones are now like computers, we won't them to be able to update through software! |

Where does it say they willnot include the vivaz homescreen? It says there will be improvements to the UI which could include the homescreen.

I dont use twitter so for me the only thing that will be welcome on the vivaz homescreen is the live wallpapers (unless we will be abble to remove twitter and add something else). But lets hope the things they said there will be true... at least the messaging part... kinetic scrolling on contacts and messages will be nice too but i dont think kinetic scrolling is a minor UI improvement |

Hi everyone,
My satio is unbrand and hacked therefore i install quite a few of apps and games in it including Maps! if i update the new firmware will i lost all my apps, games and maps?? i honestly careless about games or apps cuz i can reinstall but maps i really dont want to lose it cause there are steps and steps that i need to do to get it working perfect and i honest cant even remember hahaha (i spend quite abit time to search around and dont want to do that again)
Thanks,

if you are refering to NDrive and it is installed on the MC then it will still be installed after the update |

If they don't add Kinetic scrolling throughout the UI, it'll be disappointing. If Nokia can give it to the somewhat old 5800 I wonder what's keepin SE. Even the Vivaz doesn't have Kinetic scrolling! I wonder how SE think they can get away without adding it in a 2010 device.
