It's is a contraction (short form) of:

(ii) It has.

That's a hard one Vlad.
I live in this neighborhood.
The band played live.
You live your life.
It's totaly irregular. Maybe some native englishman can explain

Life is the period of time where you are in this planet.

They both mean the same thing, but 'color' is the spelling used in America only, 'colour' is the spelling used by everyone else

Say the word, slowly. That helps most of the times.
