Ah ok. Meron po b thread dto about prov setting for nokias? Specifically for 5300? Problem ko kc i dnt knw wat to do aftr mbluetooth ung prov file,hnd sya supported format.wla dn kc option to activate.anu kya dpat ko gawin dun?ü |

@red, iv tried to unzip the file in my desktop, to .prov file, is that alright? And then i sent it to n5300. Pero un, unsupported format e. Wud it b different if i try to rename it with an explorer in 5300 frm zip to .prov? |

Ive tried to install first a file explorer for the N5300, para marename ko lang ung seeles.zip to .prov (no need to extract daw kasi).. pero unsupported format talga siya... I was thinking, since prov files are for S40 phones which could not alter or access settings, this unit N5300 can actually configure the settings manually... the big problem is that, hindi ko po alam kung paano ung configuration and that to make it the default or primary internet setting. pano po kaya un?
the big catch is that, with the OM4.2 handler version, I am able to browse freely and quick with my w960. If you guys know this, can this be applicable with the N5300 also?

nde ko po alam ang pasikot-sikot ng s40..
may manual settings po yan.. sa Menu > Settings > Configuration settings > Personal Configuration.. pero mahirap po 'yun..
kea lahat kmi, nirerekomenda ang prov file..
anyways, try to send the .prov file to your W960i then send it back to the 5300.. hope this helps.. ^_^

2 cp needed both blutut capable
cp1 = cp mu
cp2 = isa png cp
s cp2 download mu un prov file then like un selee.prov i0pen mu blutu isend mu un selee.prov sa cp1
naun mrrecv nan cp1 un prov as config setting, pg my lumbas n no app supported, ignore mu lng un basta isave mu, then punta k na sa menu>setting>config setting> hanapin mu n lng un sinave mu na prov at iactivate mu in all application.
Finish na try mu na un om mu. |

by the way, I was trying now with K800i.. installed OM4.2. handler, got gprs and smart internet activated, and am now trying to connect.. i just couldn't get it.. I couldnt connect... is K800i also an S40 phone which needs prov file?

cyborg is ryt. have done it with my 5610 using my 6230i. just sent the prov file thru bluetooth and it worked. nkapagucweb acu dat tym. sa 5610 cu.
