micro is close range photography, like a coin or a stamp or a small flower...
panorama is somewhat opposite of macro, it is meant for landscapes that cannot fit in one picture, so the camera takes three pictures and stitches them together
goto youtube and see macro or panorama photography...
there are plenty of tutorials and defination and examples that you can find on google, that will do the job of telling you than most people here...

btw it will be from my N82, it doesnt have panorama mode, so stitching images together is okay right?
