I was sure that you have a problem with your C905 since you said the lens was clean
sorry ImageShack resize the big size pics
shots in worse indoor environment and still C905 gives good shots

about the noise
noise is visible in low light shots took by digital camera ,dont forget that we are dealing with just a mobile camera phone

So do not judge the quality of a digital camera only by the number of megapixels. You should also observe the sensor, lenses, general quality of the equipment, the interface and controls. When you are looking for photo-quality, check out the photos printed on its own account and / or read tests of the camera in reliable publications.

We all talk about that its just a Camphone and not a DSLR. Thats clear.
But its a fakt, that the C905 makes a really bad job if you compare it to other camphones with same sensor sizes, thats so sad. Like in there Compact Cams of the DSC-Series Sony has a tooooo agressive noise reduction, maybe its because the japanese most of the time makes only Portrait-shots.
The innoV is just a Camphone too, but the Quality is sooo much better. See and cry...
I hope that someone find the parameters in the camdriver or the firmware, that we can reduce this bloody NR-algorythm!!! Because i prefer a bit noisy pics then this watercolor mess. |

The C905 seems to be more "artistic" than Samsung in the sense that it makes better oil paintings. 
Nokia 3520 > 6600 > W800i > W890i > C702 > C905 > BB 9500 > Samsung INNOV8 |
