I have the same problem. Probably because M600i is not supported. Do you own M600i?
M610i proto, similar to P1i for as far as I know, just no cam.

I don't understand is why and how it replaces 8.65's homepage, which is located in z: drive The bookmarks database is not on the Z: drive. You can also set the home page by Tweak Peaks.

I've been using the browser for about 10 minutes now. Quite like it, though it's not yet perfect.
Pro
- Renders and loads quite fast even when using gprs
- Interface works perfect with just finger input
- Normal websites (e.g. wikipedia) are correctly loaded and when zoomed in to read the text, the columns are in the correct width (no horizontal scrolling)
- URL text field
- Transparent scroll bars
Con
- Mobile optimized websites don't get rendered properly (wrong width), however the user agent is still "mobile" and because of it I can't access some normal websites (automatic referral)
- Shortcuts are not in place (I'm pressing 2 all the time to get to the bookmarks
- Can't find landscape mode, is it there?
All in all a great beta! If they fix the rendering of mobile websites it would be a perfect browser for mobiles and the missing app for UIQ.

@2manydjs
Press #2 for bookmarks. Shortcuts are more like Opera Mini then 8.65.
No landscape. |

I'm using it! It is unbelievably good! The best app for UIQ has arrived hooray!!
Goto button is working as Go to and cancel as cancel on my P1i. Its not the otherway round as stated in a reply above.
And it is consuming lots of RAM. I opened three websites together and it was taking up around 18MB of memory. But RAM isn't an issue on the P1i

Yer the widgets are super cool, not liking the lack of support of landscape at the min but i guess i can deal with it, other than that its good to me so far,

The file containing the bookmarks may be, but I meant the startpage itself.
And afaik the original start page (index.htm) of 8.65, along with all its elements, is located under z: |

Yes, the original start page is located on the Z: drive. But it's all the same. It can be located on the internet as well. The start page is not written, instead only pointed to. The change takes place on the C: drive.
