The k850i has alot more settings though (wb, iso, etc) which as was pointed out need to be used properly, instead of assuming auto everything will produce better pics. |

he he he. this thread will go on forever.
(and like i said some pages back).
if i take example a portrait pic with my k850 (with any settings i like),
then i take same picture with a k750 (with any settings i like),
i know k850 picture will become sharper and have better details.
its "impossible" for a k750 to produce this kind of tiny details & sharpness, (sure k750 can take good close up-pics as well, but not in the same way)

W810 can produce good close up shots but our eyes shows what is ''great'' and just ''good''.K850i isn't a -point and shoot- phone,we all no this... |

Exactly,
The K850i requires one to use the 'Manual' modes on the handset, and then produce such results - as said before, it's not a 'P&S' - but - as a 'P&S' it can deliver some stunning shots, the problem is - the majority of the uninformed do not use the AutoFocus lol!
Sony Alpha.

you're joking right? here have a look at these ... all from k750 and all are in the top 25 in the gallery. i don't see too many k850s with this kind of detail.

i agree 100%. (i have never said K850 is the best point & shoot....k800/k810 is the best point & shoot, (k750 is also of course good point & shoot, but k800/k810 is better).
but once again, if you use settings with K850 (who is preinstalled when you start the phone (daylight for example) you get often very good close up quality.
---------------------------
ps. this "fly" pics is good (no doubt about it), but if you look closely you see it also lacks this last sharpness K850 often get.
so for me, K850 or K750, it easy...k850 of course, (why go back to old stuff when you have the possibility to use brand new features, new platform, etc, etc.....)

T630's contrast actually looks better than both K750 and K850 |
