why do all the vids make it look like Akis is having a tommy tank?

So true mate. I think it just depends on how you position and hold your ball

Just had a go on one of these for the first time yesterday at my mums, what a brilliant little device!

I managed to get over 10,000 on my second attempt and then tried the timed strength tests etc. After that I couldn't reach 10,000 again because my arm was already tired and it was too hard to keep a tight grip.

I like how Akis can start them going with just a flick of his thumb!

10629 with my right hand. Getting better

My powerball is starting to get a grinding noise though. Like when a motor is starting to get a bit worn

İf you keep the ball araund 11000 rpm about a minute (or shorter with higher RPM rates) the ball will smooth away the rough edges that inside the ball.

If you are using your powerball a lot, every 2 or 3 months a while you can open it and clean it. Because the particles from the plastic parts scatter around and make the ball turn slower.

That will be enough for maintenance

I've just gotten myself a powerball, one of the 'Techno' ones - though it's supposed to flash up on it's LEDs your speed in RPM but I can't seem to get it to work, despite doing what it says in the instructions.

I do like it though, good to use to chill out, and to build up muscle strength!

If I could get it to 11000rpm mate

I use my powerball 2 or 3 times everyday for between 30 minutes to an hour each time.

Still trying to get the high speeds with mine. Highest so far is 10,968rpm. Have started to take it work and using it on my breaks.
