Hi, i really want to learn about this "mod" thing but still a bit confuse... to start can someone please teach me how to know what CID I have on my K800i... tnx |

Ok, you can check your phone firmware and tell me the version I'll check the CID for you. Mainly, most of the older K800s are CID49 or CID51. CID52 have the newer ones, or the ones we have updated their firmware.
To check firmware version press this combination of keys on the standby screen:
>*<<*<*
> - joystick right
< - joystick left

i've just tried modding my k800i for the first time. It went well. However, i could hardly see the difference. Is or are there any options added after installing the new camera driver? or are there indicators that the new camera driver has successfully been installed? |

several hours ago, i uploaded 44 acoustic files to my phone (k800i).
now i decided to revert to Peter's acoustic pack but it only has 16 files in it. will this not affect the phone? please enlighten me.. thanks.. |

nope.it will not affect those
because xs *if u r using xs, will delete all those files,and upload the new ones,if u r using far,u have 2 delete all those acousic files in the phone manualy...after that copy the new ones ..

Hi,
I just recently successfully debrand my K800I using XS++, backed-up my GDFS debrand from R1JG001 to R1KG001, but unfortunately my problem still there, my video call camera has problem the display looks like Solarized view. I think the problem is the hardware. My phone is still under warranty. My question can i revert back my phone to original state version (R1JG001), how? So I can still use my warranty for the repair.
