I think some of you need to get out more, regardless of who copied who as long as phone technology keeps getting better and users can do more with their phones to make life more enjoyable and easier who cares.
It`s up to the end user to make their own choices

Wow i am amazed at that at last that you realize just how right i am one down a couple of dozen more to go. LOL
Unlike what you and others seem to be convinced of and although it is not backed up by facts for a change. I am actually not loyal to any one brand i pick and choose my devices by what they offer me and how they perform and how they are supported the manufacturer as that is far more important than a badge and the best and only way to choose a device IMO.
I am virtually certain that since i have been in the Mobile phone Industry since pre launch of the UK networks i have owned used and tested more Ericsson and SE phones and devices than most if not all on this Forum.
I really couldn't care lees who designed something first or who copied who as in the scheme of things it makes no difference to what my device delivers.
I really don't get this obsession with some of you that SE will sell 200 millions devices this or Year SE will move up to 3rd or possibly second who cares how can this possibly effect your life or mobile usage in any way. If SE deliver devices with the right specs and prices that is all i care about all this other stuff is just of no value at all.
Until SE start producing devices i desire and seriously change their lousy customer support and the way they treat their customers they will not get my money. You are all of course free to spend your money with who ever you wish, see despite many claims i don't say don't buy SE just that i won't.

I've been watching this thread with a mixture of amusement and dissapointment.
It seems to have turned into yet another SE Vs. Nokia slanging match much loved by some here, I for one am starting to get sick of this kind of childishness.
I'm sorry if I'm sounding rather harsh, but this thread should be locked now before it turns personal. I'm slightly surprised to see many respected members getting involved too.
For what it's worth, I can't see any evidence of anyone stealing or plaigerising designs at all - you could also say that car manufacturers steal each others' designs due to many cars looking similar but it's just a coincidence I would say.
