not bad but the phone i got looks bad, bad meaning defective. can't get past the startup. when it asks if i wanted phone on or flight mode it just suddenly restarts and says that it did it to improve the phones performance; and i haven't gone into the main screen. oh well, i might have to go back to the shop and have it replaced with a new one.

The one i had a few months back didn't have that problem, take it back. Hope its a one off.

Yep, i will certainly do. Its a good thing i bought it from one of the best phone retailers in the country. They would definitely exchange the unit asap since i just got it tonight(here). I bought it during closing hours so wasnt able to try the unit on(in the shop). so i am pretty sure that they would immediately replace it from seeing how the phone restarts. its a bugger though since all the excitement i had earlier on had suddenly flushed down

Wow are you serious???? almost bought it last week, but I'm going to wait for the price to drop. Can't believe SE never fixed this problem yet...usually it's because the phone crashed w/lack of RAM on the P990i, but wow that sucks. Gonna buy it anyways, but hope this is not chronic. |

Available in Singapore now at a pre-launch price of 600 euros without contract, SIM-free... Heard that the official launch should be around two weeks away, I'm hoping for a further reduction in price then! |
