... i don't know... i never bought from ebay cause I don't like banks and credit cards etc etc. But if I changed my mind due to some brain injury, and without ever having seen a real n91 browsed for one... sure, she spells it N OKIA, but on the phone it says NOKIA, the box depicted says NOKIA, and on a pda-type screen like right now on my e61 using opera, it doesn't say "n okia n91 style phone" (as in kinda-like-it)...it reads in 2 lines:
"nokia n91
style phone" (I've seen and heard that phrase as synonymous with "fashion phone"... Whatever you think miss uk as an esato-veteran "should" know/behave like, I'm convinced a small-claims court would award her the refund!!! And even if the vendor doesn't claim it has wifi etc... No product anywhere incl. ebay comes with every single feature advertised... So if you come of the phone-freak-high-horse for a moment and think like the vast majority of people who don't know what model they are currently using or what wifi is or if their browser could create a typo like "N OKIA"... Well, I think miss uk has a case - regardless of the FACT that she rushed into it... (btw, if you google for "buy nokia n91 ebay uk", you do eventually come across that phone!) [addsig]

You aint the first and you wont be the last.
I have bought things off Ebay before without reading the details properly and when it arrived gone back to the description to realise that it was my fault .. just one of those things

I think we can all say we've been there at one time or another, especially when there's only seconds to go and your heart starts pounding!

I once put in a bid of £45 for a K750i box as the seller had poorly listed the item and luckily I was outbid, the box then went on to sell for £52 and I wasn't at all surprised when I got a second chance offer!

This is the second time ive done sumat like this,
firstime I nearley bought a blacklisted P910i but the seller emailed me and said do you know it wont work here LOL

I told him i'd pay his relist fee's but he seems a nice guy and wasn't that bothered!

People on eBay need to try and expalin more closely what it is there selling, would help if they did this in the title.

Copyied NOKIA would put me off
or even a replica nokia lol

£45 for a Box wtf!

Your 3G sim is actually a USIM, the phone's only GSM so can't read it like a normal sim card(tight)....

Some 2G phones will accept a 3G sim but there are not that many.
I would say this is one that wont , although usually they say sim not accepted, registration failed normally only comes up when a phone is blocked .. which this one obviously isn't.

Totally different to a NOKIA..
it's really light.. games are fun..

it has some films on it trailers Final Destination 3 and some Crouching dragon thing personally it's ok.. but not worth that much I'd pay £20 for it..

it is a real good ressemblance

gunna email the seller anyways see what she says,
i'll take picks off it ina wee while too before it goes back!

my K800i sells this weekend and im without a decent phone
