@korbindallis
You say you are not into these expensive phones and then say T650, P1 you really think they are going to be cheaper maybe the T650 just but i think you will find the P1 is meant to be as expensive as the P990 was at launch which was around £500 wasn't it? Now if it launched at current P990 prices i would be impressed.

n95 will be sold for better price then p1, thats for sure. i mean it worldwide. i am sure, if we could compare n95 sale and the p990 sale at the launch, more ppl choose nokia over se then the opposite. i really doubt, that many nokia users went for p990, but its fact, that many se users gave a try for n95. doesnt matter if they sold it after a week or not, what counts is at the end, that nokia eraned money with it... thats the biz way now a days

somebody said these phones look very much as SEs and I don't think its a bad thing,in fact I like SE-looking phones,even if they are not SE!

@icaka, now thats a post I definitly agree with and form design has always been a strong point with SE.
Unfortunately the look might sell phones but most of us here expect a little more on the inside and it does seem that Nokia has learned their lesson about that too

@masseur I agree with you too
these SEEM to be good phones exactly for that reason - good "SE" design and good hardware
I say SEEM because I've never trusted Nokia before I try their phones personally(I usually borrow them from a friend for a week or so) and then I decide if I am satisfied with them.But usually they are slow, with low bat.life and bad software(hate these "beta versions" that Nokia implement in their phones), so I'll be careful and not rush to buy N81 at the first day it hits the shelves.

When I first bought my k790a I compared the phone with the n73. Even though n73 had symbian on it the k790a seemed like a better phone because of it's single purpose of taking a pictures. So I went for the k790a because of its incredible ability to take night photos with its Xenon flash. Now that Nokia has implemented Xenon flash on to its n82 with symbian, I do believe the tables have turned in favor of Nokia.
In order for me to choose SE over Nokia...SE needs to have its k800 successor a smart phone as well. |

I've tested N70,N73,N80 and some older models.When I tested them,they weren't that great(after some time I heard Nokia have done some good improvements on N73's software).So what about N83?No one interested?Its not my type(its thick) but someone may find it interesting.

the xenon flash isnt everything imo. lets wait for the cam too. nokia never had that mixture yet, do hope they can manage it right.
