sticker was around £30-35
spraying the roof white - £200
and i got the sticker fitted professionally - £25
bit pricey in total, but i think it looks awesome!

mine cost me just under £600.... done a fair bit of welding though and bought a rear sub-frame yesterday
to be fair i'd say in total its gonna have cost me about £1000 (including the cost of the car) that includes the bits i need to finish off for the MOT.....
and fingers crossed i'll be on the mini rally from cystal palace to brighton at the end of the month

Another lil question dicky, how have you modded your enginee etc....
K&N air filter?
straight through exhust? etc... .
ive been told that if you do it right the 1Ltr can be almost as quick as the 1275 cooper engine and it dont coast a arm and a leg got any views mate?

Dicky, i saw some one put a 1.8 Honda type R engine in a mini..... WTF!!!! would that literally take off? id be able to give my mate a run in his honda s2000 then hahahhaha!

my dads mate put a mustang engine in his mini. got it up to 155mph at silverstone, but couldnt turn corners( too much weight!) |

Im in Manchester bud. Welding would be way to expensive so ima not bother lol. Im sure people fit porsche engines in beetles being rear engined? Also regarding shirley mate im sure you will get your goods pal. Well i HOPE so!

@ridhaz, weldings a bitch mate lol, and i hope shirleyville sorts this out as its hardly worth ripping someone off for £40, how well, when i get his addrsss he'll wish he had sent the phones straight away, nothing like a bit of realism to wake some people up is there

yeah, those red wheels aint the best eitehr matey....
wel another kick in the teeth for me this morning... teh garage whos fitting the rear subframe and re-booking the MOT say they cant do it now till next monday - ffs! AAARRRRGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
