I like the case. The tripod would be useful, although when connected to the phone, the whole thing looks like a toy.

@belialwafu
I guess the timer function of the phone is best to use with this accessory.
@Toney Ericsson
Can the thing break the fastport in any way? Can it be attached to a stock tripod? This could be a great companion in trips. |

LOL, the kit is nice. The K810 looks like professional camera with that . Anyway it would be very useful for recording videos or when taking pictures and you need VEEEERY stable hand .

@rockygali
- I agree man... It would be nice from to have a case that suits most of their phones as a separated product available for the non-cybershot phone user .

Just got this kit. I'm the other way fromthe previous 2 posters - more interested in the stand than the case.
The tripod is neat, very small and easy to carry around. It's simple to setup and should stop so many pictures from a distance of 2 feet with my arm in! I just checked that the thread on the plate fits a normal camera stand and it does. You can store the stand on the case OK, but it's held in place by a couple of rubber bands that don't look like they'll last to long.
The case itself is good and should protect the phone well from knocks, although as open at one end so may let dust/dirt in (I use a generic case that can be completely closed). It's a little tight for a K800 due to the shutter protector, but does fit. Imgaine something like the K850 will slide in better. |
