@Zulan: ahhh, I plan to use it with BB Internet, guess I'll try the update tonight then
@Manali: doubt it'll work with Orange (seeing as your handset may almost definitely be branded).
It may help if people list their CDA versions that they HAVE managed to upgrade?

Exactly. We payed a little extra when we bought it, but we get to download new firmware before anybody else.

did the new firmware solve the memory issue? how about loading of videos? is it faster now? i have to go borrow a windows machine as i can't update through my mac.  |

Tried the old (free) version 3.79 and it works OK.

i am excited to update it. will go and borrow a windows laptop as soon as i hear from you guys. i hope the new firmware resolves most of the issues. especially the memory leak.
