Some of you guys have great specs for your PCs. makes this simple PC of mine weak. but i'm pretty happy with this actually
AMD Athlon II X2 245 @ 2.9Ghz
ASUS M4A88T-LE 880G Chipset, in-built HDMI (very handy!)
2x Kingston 2GB DDR3-1333 (4GB)
Inbuilt Radeon HD4250 Graphics @1GB Memory Buffer
Hitachi 500GB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit
ASUS 19" VW190DE CCFL LCD Monitor
- well i use this mainly for image and vector editing. i work as a freelance graphic designer on my free time anyway and for those who have their AMDs. we should be proud, our CPUs may not be as fast as the other's but they are quite capable nonetheless. also, i'm waiting for Llano as its fastest model has IGP with 480 SPUs which is almost at HD56xxx level!

I recently sold my old 2 year old Z series vaio and bought the latest SA series (VPCSA2C5E) Vaio as the current Z series are just way over the top expensive as they only offer SSD drives. Min £3000 for anywhere near the spec I got for the SA series detailed below which cost me around half the price.
My new SA series has a core i7 running at 2.7ghz with 750gb hard drive and 8gb RAM running at 1333MHz
It has my preferred 13.3" LCD screen @ 1600x900 resolution.
2 USB 2 ports and a USB 3 port as well as HDMI, a fingerprint scanner wifi a/b/g/n, bluetooth 2.1 and wwan which lets you put a sim card into the pc and access cellular data.
Graphics is an AMD Radeon HD 6630M 1GB but there's a switch for stamina mode which causes the pc to then use the standard intel graphics chip on the motherboard to save power.
it also has backlit keyboard and is running windows 7 ultimate and the whole lot weighs in at less than 1.5kg!
I'm very happy with this latest vaio but will probably rip the 750gb drive out and stick a 1.5TB in sometime soon.
