The only reason why I want to get one from here is the waranty. And all SEs are overpriced in Egypt. A K750 is around 1800 with waranty but in Dubai its less than 1100. It goes for everything. I hope the W610 will either knock the W810 under 2000 or itself be under that, I know its a long shot but.. I think I'd like the black W610 but as you know we only seem to get one color. The only Z610 I've seen is the pink  although I've seen street ads with the blue.

w610 wiz warranty well not b less than 2000-2300 le , but for sure its betta than w810 its like da whole package in a betta shape

to b honest i was suprised by the price of the new k550 in egypt !! juz 1700 le wiz warranty for first release ! i hope SE is consider'n a new price plan for egypt , as u said all SE devices in egypt really overpriced ! last time i checked for w800 & w810 was 2600-2500 le !!

I also aprecciate what they did with the K610, they waited till the price dropped and then brought it out, 1700 too The problem is they always bring it out when expensive then they overprice it anthen they don't let the price drop like it does abroad. Of course if they would advertise more they might be able to sell the first and expensive batch and then bring another batch at a lower price, te2oul eeh ba2a.. The K800 is still 3000 although they did announce the K810 which should be cheaper than that, espesially with the K850 coming.

Hey i can see da w610i seems to b out allready in some regions , but i bet its not gonna b for us [Egypt] before a couple of months as they juz dropped us da w880i :s .. i really consider dis one as a Gr8 piece and its gonna b a best seller , u should do dat too

Of all the discriptions for the W880, silly has to be the weirdest. I haven't actually seen it in person yet but it looks ok and its thin and not a moto or Samsung.
And Moe, the 5700 is ugly, just like the 3250 was in that color. A phone should be colored to make it look thin not FAT.

three colors will b avilable , Red - Blk - Green , and its slimmer with bigger betta screen and 3D speakers , betta symbian , CPU & Ram , integreted Audio ship , its really seems to b like a real deal ..

It's slimmer, yes. But it LOOKS FAT and ugly imho.
For some reason the mobile shop that just opened a few days ago near my home was closed today. The weirder part is the sign was down, they only put that up 2 days ago. I had really wanted to get a pic before the sign as the sign under it is for a resturant

Hehe .. so did u decided yet bout ur upcommin cell ? , i've check'd da w880i 2 days ago in Radioshack its really eye catchin but it was only the silver :S and Btw 5700 not fat mayb u juz not into nokia's or Symbian's .

IS and LOOKS are different. Ok remember the 6610? How thin was it? Well about the same as the 5700. However the design espessially from the sides made it look super thin. The exact opossite is going on with the 5700.
My next phone will be something I can afford obviousely. K550 or K610 are both current options as are the W610 and W810. And my final decision will be after etisalat starts operating. If they subsidise enough maybe a K800 would be an option.

So the W880 is not available in black? They have an add in alahram with silver one but showing the orange back of the black one. I guess that should be put to the designers ignorance.

SE removed "Egypt" from the regional list of Middle East & North Africa......why is that ?
7aga kaman, i saw the silver W880i...and i regret every word i said about it.....its awesome, although it has a relatively small screen ...but it's sooo nice.....
Etisalat has started today....and the new plan "ahlan" seems nice, i don't know if there will be validity period or not..do u know ?
