Are they going to release Xperia 5 III this time in the spring? Maybe the dimension 161 x 67 mm is actually from 5 III? There has been no other leak about it this machine yet. |

If 1III has the same size as 1II, bezels can't be bigger.
Alvins picture has alot of compression artifacts, can't see anything. |

Stupid consumer thinks phones becomes obsolete if it has bezels lmao. I'll take bezels than stupid notch/punchole. People nowadays are obsessed with bezelless phone. It's harder to hold and no front facing speakers

@kurtdean: agreed, but I think that's subjective. I prefer punch-hole or sony-type bezels, and using an S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra for a while now.... nah, it's not hard to hold. In fact, my S21 Ultra is very comfortable to hold despite its size (unlike the S20 Ultra). Maybe it's just my big hands.

I am not obsessed with bezelless phone but I don't like the fact that Sony is going backwards with larger bezels than its predecessor if AlvinZahranM is indeed correct.
If Sony wants to stay in business and not suffer the same fate as Lg, they shouldn't be going backwards.
Better make its specs worth it and extraordinary if they're going fancy with bezels again.

My XZ Premium is still chugging along after having to repair the charging port a few months ago, but I really wouldn't mind an upgrade since I've had this one for 4 years now. Very keen on seeing what Sony's got to offer this year.
Every year I repeat my dream of a PlayStation Phone, but yeah that probably won't happen. lol. Still, I'd be happy with a modern device with modern capabilities. |
