I think he is reliable person as I've discuss with him about camera distortion fix and he said the fix will come with the update just one month before the update launched and it's true so I trust him.
Anyway he didn't described either this is his concept design or internal leak.

They just said top 10.
They are not placed from #1 to #10.
No way v30 can be #3.

I have a Note 8 right now (because of my carrier), and I don't feel like it is any way better than my previous phone (Xperia Z2).
TBH, the cameras of Samsung is over-rated (at least for the Note .
These reviewers are really paid. My night landscape photography is way better on my Z2 Xperia cameras are really under-rated.
And I miss the front firing speakers too.
If I had the Z4, I would probably miss the side-mounted fp scanner.

You can't be serious. No one will believe you that Z2 is almost on par with Note 8. I respectfully 100% disagree with your opinion.
You can take awesome photos with any phone with proper manual settings but that doesn't make that phone a great camera phone. I saw a pic last year taken from Xperia P that looks awesome but that doesn't make xperia P a great camera phone. I bet I can take great quality photos with $200 Xiaomi phone with proper manual control but that wouldn't make that phone as great as recent Note series or even Sony's flagships.
The point is - Phone camera is primarily judged by how much the phone is capable of taking great pic in all lighting condition reliable and constantly in AUTO mode.
While I understand why some people will go a great length to get great pic using manual control in their phones and claim their phone has great camera but for MOST people auto is all that matters and reviewers tends to focus on much wider audience that is those normal people rather than small group of "passionate" people. So, calling all the reviewers paid is very unkind IMHO.

^ Totally agree. Auto mode is what should be judged and how phone can handle any situation by itself.
Any phone can make great photos under good light conditions. |

Auto mode of Samsung...
1) Wrong white balance. Warm colors that make green, white and gray yellowish.
2) Shots get overexposed easily, lack of hdr.
3) front cam is awful. Easily overexpose background, ISO above 120 even in daylight outdoor shots ( check Note 8 hands on - GSMArena)
4) miles behind Sony and HTC in video recording, avarage stabilization and audio. Wrong white balance too.
How many websites consider this as con?
Everytime any site performs blind test people often vote for the brighter photos.
I agree most ppl just want to point and shoot. But no matter the phone, auto mode has flaws that only can be correct by using manual.
Example: Samsung uses warm colors, even if you shoot 1000 photos all them will show warm colors.
Only the Pro Mode can correct it.
Same if a phone uses higher or lower exposion.
Auto will just adjust ISO and shutter speed.
Best low light shots require ISO lower than 70 and shutter at least 0.5s, but no phone on auto gives these settings.
I also agree that sucks the fact Xperia uses ISO 800, 1000, 1200 while other phones use 400, 500 in same situation.
