Well am glad that what Goldenface said the XT is on the device itself. Will not remove mine until or if it becomes scratched. If Sony is to put these hard to remove shatter proof sheets on their devices with the logo on it,they need to make it scratch proof.

WTF!!!!! This doesn't make sense... Or does SONY save money so?
@Sean You could write your last three posts all in just one! Why you don't use the edit function?! I hate this double even tripple postings. You are not a newbie, now I know why you have so many posts...

Sony is saving money by printing the logo on the protector. Strange move anyways. |

I would not just mess about with it under water for the hell of it. All I would be happy to have peace of mind of is if I dropped it in water or can use it in the rain.

I'm glad anyways. I prefer a clean and completely black front like iPhone or Nexus. |

I just was at a Sony event and got a hands on with Xperia Z. First impressions:
-Screen is great, all my doubts disappeared. My samsung loving friend also said it was awesome, we compared it to sgs3
-Viewing angles are great too, tried to get a good shot but the screen timed out so its a little dark
-Build quality is epic, Sony really needs to do unibody on all their phones from now. Feels extremely light for some reason
-Not as big as I thought, feels pretty good in the hand, about the same size as sgs3. The edges are a bit sharp though, they will probably damage your pants if you keep it in your front pocket.
-Fast and snappy, did not have time to do any real tests but navigating in the interface was completely lag-free
-They greyish interface looks a lot better IRL, still looks like shit on camera though
-Looks great in white
Overall great phone, haven't been this excited for a phone in a long while. It seemed to get a lot of positive reactions from other people at the event also which is a good sign (they mostly had nexus 4, iphone and sgs3)
Edit. Lol didn't see that IMEI-number when I held the phone, the camera light must have made it visible

Yea this will be a best seller, maybe wont beat SGS4 in numbers but close second at least which is a great step up for Sony. No did not try the camera, sorry. The guy from Sony showed us fast capture (or whatever it is called when you take a photo directly without unlocking the phone first) but it was lame as hell, the whole point disappears when you have to do it from the lock screen instead of using the dedicated camera button. He also showed us some small apps, there is a camera small app that lets you take photos while using the web browser or whatever which was pretty cool.
Also he showed us that you can minimize the small apps when you don't use them, you will then have a small icon on the right which you can press to make it appear again, like minimizing in windows. Makes small apps a lot more useful imo, smart feature
