Are you guys using PC Companion? Whenever I looked at the software update, it said my phone was up-to-date, but PC Companion said 2.3.4 was ready for download. |

Run/update PC Companion, plug in your phone, it should list the update already. Take a few minutes to complete the whole process.

for some reason, I am getting a "CANNOT ESTABLISH A RELIABLE CONNECTION TO SERVER" error whenever I try to go to android market.
why is that?

I'm finding the Ray has exactly the same problem as the x10 mini pro had regarding the back covers.
Unless you buy the black phone initially then get the other coloured covers your left with part of the phones original colour still showing. Eg. Gold phone with red battery cover. You get the gold trim on the sides still plus the gold volume buttons.
Doesn't look so bad doing it with the black version though.
