You know what - I think that this picture - http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/2171/operau.jpg shows the BlackBerry version. Look why - http://www.opera.com/bitmaps/[....]reenshots/om5-touch-keypad.jpg

All touch enabled handsets have the same Opera UI, I should know, I have G900. |

So if your phone is touch enabled, the jar file installs with one interface and if it's not - the normal interface. With other words - there are two interfaces in the jar file?

Visit the address m.opera.com/next using your phone’s default Web browser and Opera will detect your phone brand and type and will install a .jar file. Very simple. Enjoy

I never thought i would say this but, the aino is an intresting device which i quite like, the obvious put off is the limeted touch but beside that, there is.
-Nice touch media player, could be a bit annoying though having to scroll sideways so no quick scrolling.
-Nice camera
-Drag PS3 stuff of it
-Touch internet
-Supplied memory card
-Possibility of touch ui apps
BUT...
-Have to have the phone slided up to use PS3 thing which would be extremeley annoying cos you can only use it sideways
-Limeted touch ui
Anyway i would be intrested if there were apps that were touch (and nice ones ) screen, and touch sensitive games, my main concern is limeted choice of apps and game due to the weird screen resolution.
Edit: Just seen the price £400, dont think so, i think se are living in cloud land as there obviously not a recession in SE pricing policy. Id rather have a HTC Hero at least its a long term investment.

I was at a shop today and they said ; Satio next week, Aino the week after.
But the "comming soon star" on the site is gone.

I don't think it's gone. Or at least not in Bulgaria's site, UK's site and Global's site.

As far as I know, Opera Mini can't use the internet through WiFi. Is this fixed in Aino with Opera Mini 5?

I know you can use Opera Mini on WiFi on Blackberry. By bro has a BB8900 and Opera Mini has an option in the settings for using WiFi.

Look:
Have Sony Ericsson changed their mind and made Aino fully touch, or this is another confusion? I think it's the second option.

Confusion. There is no all touch firmware coming up for it which is a load of bullshit. Hopefully though I'm mistaken and it all goes swell. |
