Even if it is classed as vandalism, unless the person that did it is caught and charged then the claim is made against yourself...

I normally hate complaining as I believe everything can be sorted one way or the other, but the Bank pissed me right off today.
Long story short payment 6 figures made into wrong account, they don't want to return it, on hold to 0845 numbers on my cell for hours.
Countless faxes, and loss of interest on a daily basis.
Finally got QC involved seems to have got things moving a bit faster, we will see if I have another shit day tomorrow.
Praying to God I don't...
