People that is a N95! It is a Nokia N95 that made that pic of both Ai models. Check the back of the N95 and compare then with the pic below.

also in top right hand corner of the phone next to the finger, i cant tell 100%, it sort of looks like the new connector for charger etc, on the side.... |

You are very right. The blurred out text does look like NOKIA. I can distinctly see the 'A'.

:S Ok it is a device from a brand from Finland. It starts with a N and ends on okia. The device is something starting with a N also and ending with 95.

AI looks cool...but the buttons look tiny...is it meant for fashion concious girls??And is the back side black rubber???And how thin is the Samsung ultra??Is AI thinner than Samsung ultra?
I would like to see some designs along the lines of the canceled swivel phone.

Thin, as in 9.4mm thin. Not nearly as tall or wide as Samsung's X820, so overall it's a smaller phone.
And I like the back material. Sorta like the W950's material.
