@kongman. There is one more way. When u connect to all sites by tryin,don't disconnect.I mean close all apps but keep connection active.It doesn't take too much battery

This doesn't work in older Nokia Phones. After 1 hour of inactivity, it will be automatically disconnected. |

For the Mms settings go to nokia.com and from there you can get the settings for Mms. I am from up and the charges are Rs. 5 per Mms. 2 activate Mms send Mms to 646. This will surely help... Otherwise you can pm me....

I am not sure if this is covered before,but can anyone tell me whether its possible to use agile messenger or any other messenger using the "Free gprs trick" on my cell-phone..Right now,i am able to access all html/wap stuff on my mobile..Can i use the messenger ? |

i am new to this forum topic i have some other methods similar to those of SPARTAN i name him wizard and ALAN he a genius. Simple but sharp. Hats of both of u. Now i need to know two things 1) what is the maximum size of the file can be downloaded. And if can be done by download manager what are the settings proxy etc etc... 2) in mobile using airtel live the connection disconnects itself when kept ideal sometime say 5-8min. Is ths happens even when connected to pc. Plz gve me a solutn to get pass this. Iam frm chennai now in thanjavr(fams 4 siva tmple) |

Hi guys it is great to hear such a good news from u. But when i tried in my 6600 it is always displaying dialling **..... but in my set it is conncting to gprs. what to do? |

Let me answer your questions.
1) You can download any filesize. It downloads but the speed will be low as time passes.
2) It entirely depends on your handset. But if you keep a connection idle for about 20mins, it automatically becomes idle and you have to reconnect. |

Which media you are using to connect your phone? It seems like you haven't configured the port correctly or there is a error in extra initialization string.

Hey amitsoni i too have 3220 and i tried the try and try method on the pc (i am passionate bout tech) and luckily it got connected twice.... But i still haven't found out a permanent solution... And no 1 here is ready 2 help...
Hey if anyone knows a solution to this pl post it here.... I will be highly thankful...

The most permanent solution would be to pay for the service....i think that is something you arent willing to do either..you should be thankful to these guys for showing you a way....instead you keep cmin back, cribbing & demonstrating your ungratefulness...

hi Spartan117 and all techies,
I have tried to access the airtel gprs from my pc, but it didn't connect, my cell is k750i, i did what spartan117 has told in his posts and dialed from my pc, it says connected and my cellphone shows the globe as connected symbol but when i try to open any site form my ie6 or firefox browser it says page cannot be displayed. I don't know what to do with this error, i am trying for the past 2 days
kindly help

Guys especially the newcomers,this method is based on a simple technique. Connect using airtel live settings.Try connecting to a site.U will get no server access. Keep the connection on.connect thru another application using another settings which is a clone of 1st settings only name is diff.Try connecting to a site.It will also give error. Now try connecting thru 1st connection.It will connect.

The rest is easy for u as u r so tech friendly! Just change acc to ur needs,technique is same for cell or pc. And guys do ask questions but please don't ask basic questions like how to connect,please help etc. Most questions have already been answered. Feel free to ask if u have advanced probs like initialisation or something.
