I don't know why  's having a hard time rolling out an update to all regions...simultaneously.

From Sony Ericsson:
"This update will be gradually rolled out across our markets over the coming weeks, pending the completion of quality approvals for individual markets and operators. The first updates are now live across selected markets. Please check with your local Sony Ericsson customer support when the upgrade will be available for your market and network."

Those shots only show percentage. It's impossible to say from percentages like that what is really happening.

Battery is phenomenal on this phone, better than even my Aino.
Unplugged the phone at 89% charge and it's still at 40%. I have listened to some music over bluetooth for about 4 hours.

On the new firmware my battery ran down by 8% every hour. On the old firmware it runs down at a rate of 2-3% per hour. How is the old firmware is killing my battery more? At the time of taking the photo more services were running, but the battery was behaving much better.
@Ricky: Yes, they only show percentages. However, I don't really care what's going on in the background, I just want to get through a whole day without charging my phone up two or three times! I understand others are having better luck with the new firmware, but not everyone has the same experience. Similarly, some complained that they had bad battery life under the old firmware, whereas I didn't.
