2 numbers in 1 sim card? Not possible in Malaysia yet, mate. Legally nor illegally. Gotta get a phone which has 2 sim card readers ( I remember a freaking old phone last time that could do it. For the life of me can't seem to remember the brand... I think it was "Benefon" or something like that.)
But of course if you gonna use a P800, it will have to be modified to read 2 separate sim cards which would mean somehow installing another reader. If I remember correctly, this can be done, I think. Search the general P800/P900 forum in esato here or all the other similar P800 forums elsewhere. You may find it. It was several months ago. But I think it also involves some fatter battery cover. But NOT available in Malaysia, gotta order through some website.
Like I said, I am not too sure. But maybe the other guys here can help me out? I dun want to ask somebody to serach and search and end up I am talking about the wrong thing and wasting that guy's time! |

well.... it's possible with today technology. anyway.... there's no legal rules or regulations stated that it's illegal to use it. i have seen 8 sim info can be stored in 1 sim card. but the only thing u have to face any problem later on.
and remember..... u can't use 2 line together in 1 sim. u can only choose one.

Oh yeah! I just remembered one more thing. There was this product floating around the www that they have a sim card adaptor. But you have to actually cut out the circuit part of your original sim card and then install or stick it to their sim card adaptor. The adaptor can fit 2 orginal sim card circuits.
The P800 may not be able to have 2 lines active at the same time but I thought the P900 is able to do that?
But fu1at, you are right, worse come to worse, have to use 1 line at a time. |

fulat is right, there are selling the card reader + 1 sim card during last pc fair. Less then rm200 if not wrong. You just need to plug the card reader to your pc then you can start copying sim. Maximun is 12 sim card line that can be copy into 1 sim.
that's why, don't simply borrow your sim card to anyone. It just take a few minute to copy your sim card. |

all's well and good but that's besides the point...i think endre wanted to know if there's anyway 1 sim card can support dual or more incoming calls.....the answer is nada!!! that cannot be done...one phone can only support one line at the moment cept for the benefon phone that was introduced last yr but never did take off for reasons unknown......
...unless i am mistaken and haf totally misread wat endre wanted
